Laval II plant : Assembly lines.

In September 2020, we opened our third plant in St Berthevin (5 minuts from the Laval headquart) to increase significantly our production capacity and to be compatible with OEM targets : quality, traceability, production volume, price.

storage

Storage capacity :
. 1 500 m²
. Strategic location : Laval industrial zone

dedicated
Dedicated assembly lines :
. Manual assembly line using a complete « Dessouter »
traceability system including ECU validation of all steps,
and also motorised bolt-tightening and associated
catalog. 3D MMT measurement for lines setup (washer
adjustment) is in link with the ECU, and included, as all
the working areas.
. Working areas : roller transfer, assembly pallets
. Measurement areas with clamping and MMT

test

End of lines tests benchs:
We are in capacity to check 100% each reducer for
acoustic and functional features (GO/NO GO ticket)
under a resistive small output torque.
